A full immersion in perfumes and simple gestures accompanies the cooking class in a crescendo of secrets and chatter in which, together with a Chef expert in traditional Apulian cuisine you will learn how to prepare some of the traditional dishes. At the end of the class, everyone will go to the table to taste what they have prepared, along with numerous other Apulian culinary specialities offered by the farmhouse kitchens, accompanied, of course, by an excellent glass of wine.
